Each retreat may include coaching, nervous system regulation practices, reflection, rest, nature, creative activities, shared meals and sessions with selected collaborators.

Yes. Rest and unstructured time are an important part of the experience. The schedule should provide space to reflect, read, walk or spend time alone.

The retreat will have a planned rhythm, but guests will not be pressured to participate in every activity. Any essential expectations will be explained before booking.

Tinca intends to keep retreats intentionally small. The exact group size will be stated on each retreat page.

Retreats may take place in selected locations in Spain. Each retreat listing will include the exact venue, travel information and accommodation details.

This will vary by retreat. The listing should clearly explain whether accommodation, meals, coaching sessions, activities and transfers are included.

Unless specifically stated, guests should expect to arrange and pay for their own travel to the agreed meeting point or venue.

Tinca will aim to accommodate reasonable dietary needs where possible. Guests should share allergies, intolerances and requirements before booking.

Meals will be thoughtful, generous and designed around the group, location and season. Food is treated as an important part of the retreat experience.

Accommodation will vary by venue. Each retreat listing should include photographs, room arrangements, facilities and information about shared or private rooms.

This depends on the retreat and venue. Room arrangements and any single-room supplements will be explained before booking.

The retreat structure will include space for down time and quiet.

Accessibility will depend on the venue and activities. Guests should contact Tinca before booking to discuss any access requirements.

Tinca will lead the coaching and overall experience. Some retreats may also include carefully selected guest facilitators or creative collaborators.

A practical packing list will be provided before the retreat, based on the location, season and planned activities.

The cancellation and refund policy should be clearly displayed before payment is taken. This will include information about deposits, final balances and cancellations by either the guest or organiser.

When retreat dates are confirmed, you will be able to enquire or register your interest through the website. Tinca will then provide availability, pricing and booking details.

Yes. If a retreat is full or dates are not yet confirmed, visitors can join the retreat list to hear about future availability.
